    Missing you.

I'm sitting here at O'hare waiting for my flight home from a few days in Chicago.  Oh, how I miss my Jillian.  I think the only thing that will cheer me up at this point is her adorable little face.  Just wanted to share a few from a few days ago.  It really doesn't get much cuter.

A cautionary note:  I may be a little biased.

    Paul + Kim

What an incredible wedding I had the honor of shooting this weekend for Paul & Kim at the Henry Ford Estate.  The details and personal touches that went into this intimate and special wedding were simply breathtaking.  I think so many brides are told "...oh, the little things won't matter...".  To that I say, yes they do.  I wanted to share just a few tonight.

Kim and Paul have so many reasons to celebrate.  Including the birth of their first child, this August.

    Jillian

Finally, the weather's getting warmer everyday.  I love it.  Jillian loves it.  Actually, we think she loves wind.  The first time we saw her do this was on our trip home from Florida.  We had the sunroof wide open and the wind was blowing in her face.  She stuck her little hands out and started giggling like crazy - as if the wind were tickling her.  Well, this morning we went outside to test out the 24-70L (woohoo!!) and it was really windy.  Same thing, she was "playing" with the wind, and lovin' every minute of it!

    It's here...

I'm up and live with my new site.  Same address, different look, and something for everyone.  What a relief.  And I know you'll never read this, but to Harald and Wade at Blu - you are my heroes!  Thank you so much for your hard work.  And if anyone is really reading this (hehe) I'd love to hear what you think of it.  Or if you find any typos (haha).  As always, thanks for stopping by.

Oh, and a post isn't a post without a pic, right?  And yes, I'm aware it's not Halloween.  But it's one of my most favoritest pics of Jillian.  Makes me giggle inside every time I see it!

    Bizzy Bee

My poor blog.  I've been neglecting it... for good reason, though.  I've been a bizzy, bizzy bee!  Work (you know, my "real" job) has been insanely hectic,  Jilly and I have been going for nice long walks now that the weather is warming up, and lots of new things in the works for Bliss.

A new site is coming.  Yes, you read that right.  I'm designing a new site and they will probably be live later this week.  I've learned that many of my clients still have dial-up (ok, guys, welcome to 2008)  so my new site will actually be be two.  One for flash and one for HTML.  Whew.

Speaking of warm weather, here's a few pics from a session last weekend with the Taylor Fire Fighters.  It was a great session that I did for my firnd, Jill and the guys kept joking around and asking if I would come back to shoot their calender.  Uh, ok!  I'm just now getting around to these, so I only have a few to share.
