Welcome to the Bliss Photography Blog here at Squarespace. I'm Mishelle and simply put I'm a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend and a photographer. I love what I do, and I do what I love. I guess that makes me one lucky girl!
My love affair with photography began a long time ago. And although life took me in other directions, it has always been a constant thread in my life. As a little girl, I was fascinated that one photograph could spark such an emotion in me. A smile. A giggle. A tear. Sometimes, an image would even take my breath away or make my heart skip a beat.
Isn't that amazing?
Most days, I'm just a mommy with a camera and an untamed passion for photography. But whether it is my own family in front of the lens or yours, I strive to create images that will spark that same emotion. As a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend, I embrace how quickly children grow, families change, friendships evolve and love blooms.
This will be the place where I will post sneek peeks from recent sessions, promotions, news and of course a peek into my little life.

Creative | Spring has sprung
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 09:56PM Spring has officially sprung here in Michigan...finally! Everyone talks about the beautiful colors in the fall, but the colors in the spring are amazing too. And as I was sitting in the living room playing with Jillian and Jeff, I looked out the window and couldn't take it anymore. The trees are in full bloom and I had to snap a few pics. So I jumped up, grabbed my camera and flew out the front door. This is from a little tree we planted last summer in the back yard that's well, not so little anymore.
