Monday, July 6, 2009 at 11:29PM I'm pretty sure that you have to be living under a rock if you haven't heard of a little thing called Facebook. When I joined Facebook a few years ago (yes, years!) I had no idea that it would suck me into a time warp and bring my life full circle in so many ways. I have been able to connect with so many friends old and new. One of those friends is Jenny. We went to high school together a looooong time ago. We ran in the same circles of friends (did that just make me sound old?) and were both on the Pom Team. Which by the way at NHS was way cooler than cheering!
Anywho, fast forward to Facebook. Jenny send me an e-mail and wants to know if I can do a session with her and her brother and their kids as a surprise for her family. Of course, I happily obliged! We spent a few hours in Downtown Northvill at Mill Race. It was beautiful weather and we even had a chance to go inside the little shoolhouse which was Jason's idea and really made for some amazing shots.
Jenny ... oh goodness, so good to see your smiling face! You haven't changed a bit and are still that fun loving, laugh out loud beautiful person you were when we were younger and crazier. I had a great time with all of you and I hope you enjoy your sneek peek. Let's get together soon for a glass (or three!) of wine. Enjoy =)

So here's my little secret of how I get the whole family to smile for me. I let them do three "silly" shots and then one good "smile for the camera or your mom and dad's going to wring your neck" shot. Works every time!
